Sausage sizzle

Hi we have had a wonderful Term. This week we had a great, scrumptious sausage sizzle. Brooklyn

Stu Duval

Early in the morning, on Wednesday last week, we went to the hall to see Stu Duval. Stu Duval said to the school "do you know your abc's". Everyone knew it. Then he did this letter; it was the letter S. He said "S, two dots, a prickle and a line". After that we laughed and we had a try at that. By Tansi

maths

We have been learning about maths every day. We are trying to do division and making tens. My group is called Circles. by Jaedyn

The cool science fair

At the start of term two we had a cool science fair. Room 11 did an experiment with gravity. We tried to balance a potatoe, fork, and pencil so that only the pencil tip touched the table. Room 11 is still trying it, even though it is very hard. Year 5 were doing friction and year 6 were doing action/reaction. by Scarlett Boyle.

Performing Arts

On Thursdays we go to Mrs Corke to do singing, drama, music and dance. We always do
'Believe it or Not' but we still have to choose other songs. Mrs Corke always has a beautiful voice when she sings songs with us if we need help. We have lot's of fun with Mrs Corke because we
play lots of games like musical statues and loud and soft. Mrs Corke has to stop the music and play the music when we play musical statues. She controls our loudness and our softness so with our instruments we make them the way she wants us to make.

Our science experiment

This term we have done an experiment on gravity. It was an experiment where you balance a fork, a pencil and a potato. The whole thing collapsed and fell. It was very fun! By Andy.
